The Requirements

To be a strong fit for this opportunity you will have:

The Role

Reporting into the Director of HR, as the Sr. Physician Recruiter you will be responsible for recruiting doctors, physicians assistants and nurse practitioners to our network of 14 practices (and growing) throughout Maryland. You’ll take ownership of everything from sourcing and engaging clinicians, to ensuring their flight arrangements and hotel accommodations are taken care of prior to the interview. It’s not uncommon for doctors to fly in from international locations to interview with us, so we will expect you to help personalize their experience by making sure a welcome basket is ready for them. We’re looking for a professional who can handle the recruitment lifecycle from start to finish by bringing that special touch to the role and going the extra mile. You’ll serve as the “face” of our organization out in the community as you visit various different colleges and hospital programs for residents; attend conferences, conventions and trade shows; and partner and build relationships with a variety of different dermatology programs and affiliates. 

In conjunction with the Director of HR, you also will be responsible for helping to develop a comprehensive strategy for recruiting physicians and allied skills in dermatology to meet the headcount requirements as assigned by the COO.  This strategy will include candidate sources and external vendors with estimated costs
